1. What is thread?
thread is a full suite enabling HR and payroll departments to access, process, operate and manage all aspects of the organization's hire-to-retire cycle and payroll functions.

2. How can I experience your platform?
You can sign up for a free demo to get an overview of how the system works. During the demo, we'll be showing how the system works per role.

3. Is my data safe with thread?
Of course! Your data would be stored in the cloud. Cloud storage keeps your data secure from fires, floods, hurricanes and computer meltdowns. We also take privacy very seriously. Provided you take care of your credentials (e.g. your password), only you can access those files. Files stored in reliable cloud services are some of the most secure files you can have.

4. How do I get started?

5. Where does my business fit in terms of pricing?
It depends on your company's needs and number of users. We currently have tiered pricing we can discuss with you during the demo.

6. Do you compute and process government-mandated contributions?
Yes. Our platform can provide the computations and we can process government-mandated contributions.

7. What if I only need certain parts of your platform?
That’s completely fine! We will be transparent with you and let you know from the beginning if we can adjust depending on the needs of your company.

8. Am I allowed to cancel my account?
Your initial contract would be one year. After that, renewal will be completely up to you. But we promise a seamless HR System that is worth renewing.
